FAQ
What is the difference between full-width and half-width?
Half-width characters occupy one standard character cell (e.g. ABC123), while full-width characters occupy two cells (e.g. ABC123), originating from equal-width CJK typesetting. Code, URLs and programming require half-width characters.
Should spaces be converted too?
Optional. Check "convert spaces" to also toggle between half-width space and full-width space (U+3000); uncheck to only convert letters, digits and punctuation while leaving spaces unchanged.
Can I batch process large text?
Paste any length of text and convert in one click — no length limit, fully local processing.
